Nathalie Bredella, architect and Ph.D. in architectural theory. Her book, Architekturen des Zuschauens is based on an interdisciplinary approach incorporating architecture, film theory and philosophy. Currently she is research fellow at the IKKM, Weimar, her project "Techniques of design" examines the impact of digital tools on architectural design processes, relating them to methods practiced during the Renaissance at the fabbrica of St. Peter, Rome. She has lectured in Germany as well as internationally and taught architectural design at the TU Berlin. The work of her studio revolves around the relationship between spatial strategies and media on an urban and architectural scale.  contact |
